What is a fanlisting?

A fanlisting is a web clique that lists fans of a particular subject. Unlike most web cliques, a person does not need a web site in order to join. Fans from around the world submit their information to their approved fanlisting and they are then listed to show their love for the subject.

Kazuki Takahashi

Kazuki Takahashi (Takahashi Kazuki, born October 4 1961 in Tokyo) is the creator of the manga Yu-Gi-Oh!/Yuugiou, with anime versions Toei's Yu-Gi-Oh! and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters (the anime is internationally known as simply Yu-Gi-Oh! ).

TakahashiTakahashi started out as a manga-ka in 1982, and made his debute in the weekly comic magazine Shonen Jump in 1991. In 1996 he created the manga Yu-Gi-Oh!/ Yuugiou, which was later made into an anime, first time seen on Japanese TV in 2000. It's still airing - not only in Japan, but other countries around the world.

Takahashi himself is said to enjoy playing games, such as Shogi (Japanese chess), Mahjong (the traditional Chinese tile game), card games, and tabletop role playing games.

TakahashiWith the success of both the manga and anime of Yu-Gi-Oh!, toys, cards and video games made their way in, and Kazuki Takahashi is now known worldwide. After Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monster finished in 2004, Kazuki Takahashi has decided not to continue this successful project - it will be exiting seeing what he comes up with next!
